In brief
- Unlimited Wash Plans renew automatically every month and charge the payment method on file until cancelled. There is no long-term commitment.
- Cancel anytime. The online member portal processes cancellations immediately; assisted requests take time to process, and a renewal may occur before they're complete.
- Fees already charged generally aren't prorated or refunded, and benefits continue through the paid period.
- Memberships are for personal use and can't be shared, transferred or resold.
- Text messaging: reply STOP to 60896 to opt out, or HELP for help. Cancelling texts does not cancel a wash plan.
