Can I use my plan at any location?

Yes, at any participating Jacksons location.

How do I cancel?

Cancel instantly in the member portal, or send an assisted cancellation request (allow about 3–4 days). Your plan stays active through the current billing period.

What's the Easy Upgrade?

On any visit, members can step up to a full-service wash for a small add-on price instead of paying the everyday price.

Can I add another car?

Yes. Family plans start at $11 per month per additional vehicle.
